Why
Deloitte?
The size. The opportunities available are limited only by
the time available. There is a chance to get involved in a
host of interesting, challenging work both for clients and
for the firm. In one year I worked for 6 different clients,
helped to run training courses and became involved in grad
recruitment.
Size means
more people. The large number of grad recruits means a safe
starting place and a chance to meet interesting new people
everyday.
Size also
means they can invest in their people; particularly new recruits.
The graduate training scheme is prominent and has real investment
behind it to ensure a successful transition between university
